poorly made and not a woman's size

This is an extremely thin windbreaker. It wouldn't give much protection because it is so thin. They advertise this as a women's jacket, but it is a child's size. I purchased a large, and I would have to wear a very thin, lightweight top for it to even fit over my clothes. I wear a large in all my clothes with some flexibility, but this is definitely a child's size.
