Very comfortable for before sleep reading. As now days I can't watch my laptop materials fo a better sleep, I read before sleep. And in the morning, if I wake up early, I use it to watch news on my laptop before I get up. In both activities, this pillow is much more comfortable than a regular one. Beyond Expectations

I asked for a reading pillow for Christmas but didn't expect to get anything even half this nice. I use it on my bed and couch to read and watch TV. The back is both soft and firm...feels just right. I even have better posture when I get up from sitting against it. I don't need the removable neck pillow, so I'm using it as my extra nighttime sleeping pillow (so soft). Next time we go on vacation, the whole thing is going along. Thanks for such a quality product. BTW...I've never received an item before that was so well-packaged...LOL

Even though the arms were a bit wide for me and softness in the middle could have been firmer , I utilized a comfortable small pillow and it worked perfectly.
