Retractable Support Rod for Car Polishing Vehicle Door Fixing Support Rod

This is exactly the product I was looking for to use at car shows to hold open the doors on my vehicle. I've seen them list for up to $300 a pair, so when I saw the deal on these, I jumped on it. They arrived and I opened them up excited to check them out. And when I did unwrap them, I noticed that they have large Chinese characters right at the most prominent spot on the support rod, right where you would look when you walk up to the vehicle. Well, I figured it was just printed on there, so went to town with some acetone. Didn't work. Nothing worked, the characters are actually etched into the finish of the aluminum support rods. In the listing of the product, there are no such markings shown, no mention of large Chinese characters on the support rod at all, and if I had seen or known that, I would not have purchased them. I have managed to make it work by adding decals to them, just to cover the characters that are on there. Definitely disappointed that I had to do that.
