Perfect for back pain

Setup was very easy and straightforward. The chair feels sturdy and well made. The cushion is very comfortable, and you can feel the support right away when you sit down. The massage feature is satisfying with strong vibration. I really like that it offers three different vibration modes for the legs, lower back, lumbar area, and upper back. The heating function is a big plus. It warms up quickly and has become a real lifesaver after long, tiring days. Overall, it's comfortable, practical, and great for daily use.

Great

My mom had surgery on her shoulder and this was very comfortable for her to sleep on and also very convenient and helpful that it raises all the way up and down

My only concern is with the actual length of the footrest. I would have preferred/liked it about 10”-12” longer as it reclines for my legs and feet.
