Not great, but not the worst.

Let me first acknowledge that these are not high-end chairs and I knew that when I bought them. Be prepared to buy different cushions for these chairs. The material is very cheap, and the cushions are MAYBE an inch thick with the piece of foam they used for "comfort". I ordered the cream colored cushions and they arrived dirty, literally dirty. The cushions come tri-folded and packaged in a plastic bag. When I took them out of the plastic, mine had dirt in all three folds and in the seams of the cushion along with a haze of dirt (like they'd beed dragged across a floor) on the surface. The quality of the chair seems to be ok thus far, again, knowing the quality that I paid for. There are alot of parts and they a long time to put together. My husband, who is very mechanically inclined and seasoned with putting furniture together said these are the worst pieces of furniture he's ever experienced. With a power drill, it took 1.5 hours per chair. Would I order another set? No, but I also won't go through the trouble of returning them, so there's that :)

Just don't! So complicated.

Just don't. These are so hard to put together! So many pieces, wood is thin and splits. Instructions are hard to understand and page 7-14 are missing. This item was delivered and the rattan was also damaged. I'll never hear the end of this from my husband. They are pretty but I wish I would have chose another option.
