defective

presentation wise the horse head itself is pretty! seemed very sturdy once put together out of the box. unfortunately the horse sound did not work. we tried new batteries in hopes of an easy fix, still didnt work. so my husband being the handy man he is, found the control box on the inside of the head and removed it to inspect it. He was able to find the problem right away. Although the cords were all good and still attached, the control piece was snapped in half. our daughter was so bumbed as it was one of her top items she asked "santa" for, for Christmas. definitely could have been a 5 star without this issue. we just lucked out and got a defective one 👎

Hi ashley - Thank you for your detailed feedback. You definitely have a very handy husband! It is unfortunate that your Battat Hobby Horse Unicorn isn't making any sound. We think that is the funnest part of the toy! We encourage you to take the toy back to Walmart for an exchange. We know your daughter will be happy if you do!Sincerely,Team Battat

So fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So cute! My 3 year old adores this toy! The stick is sturdy and thick. I do like that it comes in pieces easy for storage. The packaging that it came in was cute! Easy to remove. The only issue I had was to find the button for the noise. We finally figured out it's the little sun behind its ear! Other than that it's adorable!
