Just buy it!

Just buy it! I've been searching for quite a while for the right neck massager and into the the tight points in the muscles at the base of my neck. Took a little bit to get the right position, but it works beautifully. The machine goes deep into the tissue. Highly recommend.

I do like the massage settings. I do not like that you cannot turn of the heat. I also have a hard time getting it to stay in position. It has a small and tight velcro strap, and my chair back is not tall enough to get the massager where I want it on my neck. I try to get a good position on the couch, but the massager moves around with the strokes.

It's ok, but awkward. Very difficult to manage.

I got it to replace an old shiatsu neck massager from Sharper Image. That one fit around the width of your neck and you could rest into it, getting much needed relief of pain and tightness. This one is far too narrow of a grip to lay into, and it thrashes your head back and forth. It's hard to get comfortable on it. The base is clunky and in the way, making it impossible to rest on it.
