Versatile authentic Greek staple.

I love that the flavor of this feta can elevate any meal. I made a simple pasta and vegetable dish that I wanted to throw in the broiler really quick. I had ordered this to have on hand for salads which they are amazing on as well so decided to top the pasta dish with feta. After about ten minutes the feta melted and slightly crisped and I am telling you this tasted like a Greek cafe masterpiece. I will always be sure to have this on hand because it works great on everything.

My favorite Feta Cheese

For several years now I'm buying this President feta cheese. I tried a different one as a substitute when my favorite was out of stock. The President is so much better. Now I use as a substitute instead of the crumbled one the block cheese. The President feta is firm but still has a creamy texture and a great taste.
