I liked the idea of this so I ordered it .

It's nice but I think better fit for kittens. Most of my cats are older and I have a one year old kitty who loves his food. If it didn't have a built-in tray, tho, food and water would be everywhere. It constantly needs more dry food and water, and maybe later on I'll order a bigger size one. That's the only downside, but I'll hang onto it. I do love the concept of it.

A friend bought me a different pair of cat bowls with the same intention as this, and they were very attractive but far too heavy and they were breakable. This set is lightweight, easy to clean, and easy to move around when you have food and water in it. It's so wonderful that I will wonderful that I plan to will buy it again and give it as a gift to my cat-loving friends and neighbors! The metal bowls are easy to clean and dishwasher safe, and I've even used it without the bowls in it for dry food and water. The cats had no hesitation in starting to use this as their new dining station!

Liked first one so bought second for new kitty 2 things to look out for 1) water will spill if you fill slanted bowl too much. 2) since these are stainless steel any direct sunlight will be over powering to your and pets eyes. They are actually wonderfully raised, correct angles so kitty will adjust quickly to new items.
