The first Citizen watch I received did not work, so I had to contact Walmart to order another watch. When I received replacement watch, I went to Walmart Ferguson Rd, Cincinnati to have links taken out of band – they didn't have tools to take links out. Then I called Walmart Customer Service 800%23 – Lucy said I would need to GO TO OTHER Walmart stores to find one that can remove links – not happy about that.
