11/10 customer service – great scooter

Thank you Gotrax for an amazing product and for going above and beyond to make sure I had a perfect experience. I'm not gonna lie, I had a bad experience with Gotrax a year ago. After a while, Gotrax reached out to me, took the time to understand my previous issue and made sure I was able to love the brand again.
