These jeans are super flattering. They are probably a little bit on the smaller side but they fit wonderfully and do not stretch out at all! The color is really unusual- they're brown but have like a black type wash going through them, which I like. I am 5'4" and weigh 155 and I purchased both the 8 and 10. I kept the 10 as the 8 was uncomfortably tight.

I originally purchased these in my normal size 12, and while I could wear them, I found the waist a bit tight. So, I reordered in a size 14 and I like that size much better. The length is perfect, too. For reference my measurements are 40x34x43, and I am 5'3" tall. I have trouble finding pants that aren't eight inches too long, my inseam being 26", but these are perfect for me. I love the design, and the brown color is beautiful and will be great for fall. They are also a nice weight and very well made.

Comfortable and figure flattering.

I've been looking for a pair of brown jeans for a long time and am very happy to have discovered these. I find the high rise barrel fit to be both comfortable and the most flattering. I'm 5'3" and the pant leg skims the top of my bare foot so I can get a cropped look with a boot or a normal length with flats. My friend who is 5'7" tried them on and the length looked good on her as well, just a little more cropped. The fit is perfect and contrary to another review, the brown dye did not wash out when I laundered them. I did wash them on normal/cool wash.
