Horrible packaging, missing parts, no hooks

The package came all torn up, all pieces were missing except for the bar itself. What type of hooks and curtains do you buy for this thing? I cannot seem to find any suggested products that go with the tape that was supposed to be in my box. I would like to reorder this same one, but very difficult to get any answers. Please help!
