Not a pleasant experience.
I order a roll of 3mmX330 yards macrame cord on Feb.10th 2025. However, I had to request a refund on Feb. 27th due to the constant delay of delivery. Later that day, the shipping information was changed to "undelivered" upon my request of refund. Surprisingly a roll of macrame cord was sent to my door from this seller today March 3rd. but it's definitely not 3mm X 330 yards. I've bought macrame cord for years and what this seller sent to me is 3mm X 109 yards macrame cord, which is only a third of the length of what I ordered. I just called Walmart customer service to consult them on my issue, just in case the seller uses the delivery information of this wrong item as the proof to request roll back of my refund.
