I got this scooter for my 13 year old for Christmas. First I was pleasantly surprised at how easy assembly was. It charged for 30 minutes and was ready to use. It has a top speed (for us) of 19 mph which is perfect for her to ride around our neighborhood. Brakes safely and headlight and brake light are both bright and clearly visible. I would recommend this scooter to other parents and young adults
