yoga mat is amazing I use it everyday at least once a day sometimes twice a day. I use it for Pilates so there's a lot of having to dig my lower back into the mat to get the correct position of the exercise from what I learned from my instructor. I also have to go on my sides and it my hips don't hurt the 2-in thickness is enough. the ability to fold the mat up is perfect I have a perfect spot up against the wall. also I'm sure it would fit under most beds I have bars under my bed so it will not fit there. the seller did an amazing job got it to me in a timely fashion the order was not delayed I even received the order earlier than expected. five star reviewI am 5'11" 225 lb the measurements 3 ft wide is the exact width and the 70 in is exactly the height of somebody that's 5'10" or 5'11" I'm not sure but it works very well for me.
