The Best Conditioner for Fine, Oily Hair

Because of that, even though I color my hair regularly, I could never use conditioner it was always too heavy. This is the only conditioner I've found that doesn't feel oily or weigh my hair down. My hair stays light, healthy, and comfortable. I can confidently say that in my 60 years, this is the best conditioner I've ever used.
