Makes some of the best panini sandwiches I've ever had. Also just found out tonight an off-label use: tuna steaks. Set it on medium, let it heat, throw them in, close the lid, and within 2 minutes you have perfectly grilled steaks. I can't wait to see what else this thing can do!
