It came quickly, well packaged, was is exactly like the picture, everything works on the machine. Wish the instructions booklet was in a larger pamplet. The only thing I really didn't like about the machine is that the water container is plastic. A glass container would last longer and hold the heat to the container much better. i know from past experiences with this type of device the plastic container isn't going to last long and its not sanitary enough to leave water in it. So I will most definitely drain it after each use.
