To start with I have no dislikes about this vacuum. This is my second Shark vacuum I have owned I actually have 2 I have this new updated version matrix Shark robot vacuum and I have an older shark robot vacuum and it still works 2 1/2 years later, I live in a one-story house with 5 bedrooms, with 2 of them bedrooms, being a master bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, with 2 of them 3 full bathrooms, being a master bathroom. so I wanted a second shark robot vacuum to help my older robot vacuum clean my house instead of relying on one vacuum to do the whole job. My older Shark vacuum does half the house wear my matrix updated Shark robot vacuum cleans the second half of my house they both have bagless holding tanks my older shark robot I empty the holding tank every 15 days. Where my new updated matrix Shark matrix robot vacuum I empty the holding tank every 30 days that's when I do all the maintenance on my shark robot vacuums to keep them working like they should and I would like to add, you definitely have to make sure there's nothing small in the floor whether it's a dryer sheet or anything to that nature that can get wrapped around the rolling brush or side sweeper of the robot vacuum because it will stop and sometimes it's bumper debris will get up in it and it want move freely it also will stop but that's what happen with any robot vacuum whether it be a $1500 robot vacuum or what not and you will always have to do the maintenance if you want your vacuum to last.. I highly recommend any type of Shark robot vacuum they are by far the best I will not go with any other brand which I have had other brand robot vacuums that lasted maybe a year. I had one that lasted for 6 months and it was an Effie and it was one of the worst robot I have ever bought, if you buy cheap you're gonna get cheap.. I'm retired from Walmart so I get a discount on my vacuum I only had to pay $383. It was on sale for $399 after the discount and with the added taxes I only paid $383.

After eyingbit with suspicion for two weeks after arrival, it sat assrmbled and charging for another two weeks. When I finally got up the coursge to explore the buttons and it actually stated to work and “suck it up” methodically and without guidance or supervision, it has become our morning routine to engage it and lsiten to its busy hum while getting ready for my day. Bests decision ever.
