10 +yrs and still going strong!! Love this blender

I just wanted to drop a comment on how great our machine has been over the years! We use it at least two to three times a week still; for soups, sauces, marinades and salad dressings, mixing batters etc. But my absolutely favorite use for our blender has been for making nut butters with the small additional twister jar that we got when we bought our machine. I use this almost weekly and it makes the perfect nut butters. It's not liquid-y, runny or dry & rock hard like store jarred, but smooth, textured and fresh tasting. I roast the nuts for a few minutes in the oven, cool and add to small jar in batches! So easy and delicious. Somewhat cheaper and much better tasting than what you can buy premade. With only one ingredient. It takes some effort to twist as it grinds, and is loud but pretty quick and worth it in my opinion. It has held up so well to constant use. Never had an issue. Still going strong.

smoking, shredded plastic in food and under jar

Hit start for the 566th time. Halfway through blending, I start smelling burning plastic. Under the jar the gasket was shredded and smoking. Poured out my smoothie and found tons of plastic. If the company does not replace my jar for free, I will be looking to buy a new machine with another company. This is dangerous and unacceptable.

Right size for family smoothies

We use this jar primarily for morning smoothie bowls and a wide variety of other things like grinding wheat for sourdough. Recommend for sure if you don't have one.
