Didn't need/want Swivel

It was a breeze to put together and the quality is good. I didn't notice that the description said swivel until I put it together. The top spins around like a lazy susan. I can't imagine why you would want the table to spin. It spins so freely I anticipate spilling my drink or it moving while eating. I will look into trying to make it fixed if possible. Disappointed I didn't catch that before I ordered.
