I bought two of these fleece full zipper tall jackets (navy and black). I was pleased with them. However, after 2 1/2 months the zipper pull for one of the jackets completely detached from the zipper in the dryer. I contacted the seller and explained what happened. They pointed out that per their 30 day policy, the jacket could not be returned or exchanged. I cannot recommend this jacket due to faulty zipper and a very limited return policy.

Zipper pull failure

I purchased two of these jackets. It was hard to find full zipper jackets in a tall size. These met the need at a reasonable price. I liked both jackets until the first jacket failed in the dryer after 2 1/2 months of normal use. The zipper pull detached from both sides of the zipper. I contacted the seller and they responded politely that the jacket was out of the 30 warranty and there was nothing they would do about the defective zipper. I would not buy these jackets again.
