Amazing how easy to set up and get started. Hardest part was determining where to place the bird feeder so we built our own portable pole mount that is placed on our deck but extended over the rail to keep a majority of the mess off the deck. Solar panel keeps the camera charged so no worries with recharging camera. Lightweight and easy to bring in to refill or store for the evening to keep other animals out of the seed, especially if not placed in a permanent area. Picture clarity is great and adding members to account to view birds is a nice feature - our mother lives in assisted living and enjoys seeing all the different birds that come to the feeder. I would highly recommend the Birdfy Smart Bird Feeder. I waited for the product to go on sale as it is pricey if not on sale.

This feeder turned out to be a great Christmas gift for my wife. It was easy to assemble and set up. The solar powered camera connected easily to our WIFI and the mobile app was easy to use. I was pleased to learn that I could also join in the fun after being added to the account. We love seeing daily videos of our regular visitors. We didn't get the AI recognition feature since we prefer to do that investigation, identifying our visitors on our own. I highly recommend this feeder to those who are interested in backyard bird watching.
