Well it seems to work but I'll say I really think it also does things for your hair as it also says. I take this with my stuff to help control the late nite trips to the bathroom and it says it does things for your hair. At first I thought well this is a little bit nuts if it's to help with the control. Well I've noticed that after a couple of weeks of it my hair definitely has that more fuller look I guess you call it. More like when I was younger.
