We bought this to replace the switch on our 2012 boat. The design has been improved and I suggest purchasing the wire connectors if you have an older boat. The wires coming from my trim tabs did not have the connectors needed. The unit does not use screws like my older version, it uses tension.

Older Lenco Trim Tab Replacement Harness

Needed this to replace the old style pre 2016 Lenco Trim tab switch. The common problem of wire pulling out of the silicone backing happened to me. This is a simple plug and play type harness other than having to wire the power (red/black) wire into a permanent power source. Once installed operated exactly as it should.
