In powder form, its easy to adjust dosage as needed, mixed with water (for extra hydration) or a protein smoothie. The pouch is resealable, but I also use a baggie as double protection against humidity clumping. This brand is the best value for the more effective "R" form of ALA and is now a regular staple in my daily supplement routine.
