Brand new - Before even getting them ready to put on a hole appeared - not a run, an actual hole! I don't have finger nails or anything that would create this so there was no reason for this to have happened as just prepared (gathering to put on) about to slip onto feet when it happened... Was an absolute waste of money! Very bad quality!!!!
