Just right for us

This replaces an earlier 950W model that lasted over 16 years. We are a GE family from the days of Mr. Edison.

Need an owner's manual

There should be a better set up manual concerning the settings and how to use them. There is an assumption of prior microwave use and that all microwaves are the same. They aren't.

It's a good microwave, but...

I like this microwave, and it works well, however, the button panel started bubbling up and cracking within about 2 weeks, and now looks just awful. Not happy about that.

Many microwaves are packed and shipped with a plastic film applied to the outside of the door and control panel. This is similar to the film that would cover chrome trim parts to prevent scratching during shipping and is used for the same reason on the microwave. The film can be removed. This is a static cling film that should will peel off easily. If further assistance is needed, please call 1-833-4BODEWELL or visit this site: https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service.
