I wear a conventional bra size 36 DD. I am 5 foot five at 135 pounds. The recommended size for most bras through hands is a large. I have found that most of their models actually fit me in a medium. This was no different. In a large size, the bottom band was too large to actually provide any support. A medium is a touch, snug around the girls, but fits in length and circumference, like of glove. Comfortable, lightweight, and provides enough support for a brisk walk or light run. Could actually double as a light binder.

Genuinely Comfortable, Great Fit

I will be buying more of these. I've tried out a lot of sports bras, but this one feels great against my skin, keeps things in place, and strikes an excellent balance between compression and comfort. Granted, I don't have a very large bust at all, so your milage may vary, but I found it was true to size. I can't say this about all the sports bras I own, but I can say it about this one: I will be buying more, and I do recommend this.
