Great Anti acid medicine for immediate Relief!
I have acid reflux and Pepcid AC works great to combat the onsite of symptoms and to help prevent them proactively. I use this product almost daily. I actually prefer the mint flavor, but my son prefers the berry flavor. I feel that the name brand is well worth the money over the generic version. Pepcid AC is a softer tablet that once chewed, it begins to quickly dissolve in your mouth, whereas the generic you have to keep chewing and chewing to get it dissolved enough to swallow. One complaint is it does tend to stick to my teeth for a few minutes after chewing, but still worth the relief it provides. Once taken, rhe onset of relief is almost immediate and it lasts for 24 hours. You can also supplement with an antacid in between the daily Pepcid AC. I would recommend Pepcid AC for anyone who suffers from GERD or stomach acid. It's great to have in your medicine cabinet and to travel with as well!

Alternative if you can't swallow a pill.
These Tylenol dissolve packs are a life saver. My autistic adult child does not swallow a pill, so this formulation helps me get an adult dose into him without having to up dose 45 ml of a children's medicine. It makes it way more economical and a value for money to be able to use this adult dose vs children's medicine. The medicine tastes similar to a fun dip with a little tang. My son has no issues taking it once opened. However, I do think Tylenol could improve on the packaging as it's very hard to open on the go without a pair of scissors, it's sold in a 12 pack and 24 pack, but only one flavor is available. I feel confidence purchasing this medication from Walmart instead of over the internet for quality and anti-counterfeit reasons. The dissolve packs also come in children's and the boxes are very similar. Take care to note if you are buying children's or the adult dose, as I have accident bought the children's version. Also of note, the dissolve pack is 500mg, so you can take two packs as an adult.
