Great Petticoat for Petite Ladies

Great Petticoat! I am about 115 on average and my current height is 4'10", although my true height is 5'2" (medical height loss). This skirt fits well. I think that it would fit reasonably well from 110-125 pounds or so and from a height of 4'10 to about 5'2". I purchased this for a holiday party dress, but was unable to actually wear it out, because I became ill. I did try it on at home with good results under a Maroon Velvet Dress. I highly recommend the petticoat. As a bonus, I was able to "fold it" and hang it up on a hanger with my clothes.
