Using a mild soap and a damp sponge, wipe out the inside and outside of the bag. Be sure to completely air dry the pack with the zippers open prior to storing. Stubborn stains may require scrubbing with a soft bristle nylon brush. However, please note that excessive cleaning may damage the protective fabric coatings and is NOT RECOMMENDED. Never put your pack in the washer or dryer. Heat will damage the protective fabric coatings.

Our limited lifetime warranty applies when the product(s) have been used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions. General wear and tear, normal fading, and accidental damage is not covered by the warranty. The manufacturer at its sole discretion, will replace with a product currently available of comparable value and comparable function. However, if you do not wish to continue with a full warranty claim and you elect to have the item repaired by a third party at your own expense, The manufacturer will not accept responsibility for the cost of the repair. Any items returned to the manufacturer as part of a warranty claim will be destroyed and recycled at our discretion. 5 stars based on the value for the price. It's quite spacious, has plenty of pockets, and durable feeling material (especially on the bottom). It sits a bit high on the back. It also has the separate tent/sleeping bag compartment with a drawstring to keep gear organized. Definitely not the same quality as a higher end backpacking backpack, but will get the job done for one offs. I plan to use it as an emergency bag so will mostly just sit in a closet which is why the price is great for this use.

This is great medium-duty pack and was an incredible value when I got it a few months ago. I say medium-duty mainly because it's not a beefy (e.g., the straps and hip belt) as another Ozark trail pack that I've for almost 10 years AND it is so lightweight at 2 pounds!!! It has a semi-rigid plastic panel that serves as an internal frame (just like my other Ozark Trails pack) and it works quite well.
