FED Fitness Nicepeople Series FWB1 Weight Bench for Home Gym, Foldable Workout Bench with 8 Backrests and 660LBS Weight Capacity
Description:
NICEPEOPLE Basic Weight Bench: Your Ultimate Home Gym Solution! Ideal for beginners, this bench transforms any space into a workout zone with easy assembly and compact design. Built with solid steel supporting 660 lbs, its stable frame features adjustable non-slip foot caps to protect floors on all surfaces. Customize your routine with 8-angle backrest adjustments (including incline, decline, and flat press) via a quick-switch groove design for full muscle targeting. The durable, thickened pad boasts premium leather—sweat-proof, breathable, and anti-slip—with reinforced stitching for long-lasting use. Furthermore, it assembles in 3 minutes and folds for space-saving storage.
- 【Compact & Beginner-Friendly Home Gym Bench】This adjustable weight bench is ideal for home workouts and beginners. It supports dumbbell exercises, bench presses, core training, and full-body strength routines, all in a space-saving design that fits small apartments. Comes with clear setup instructions and optional training guides to help new users build confidence and establish an effective home gym routine.
- 【8 Easy-Select Angles – Train Chest, Core & More】 With 8 adjustable angles, this workout bench supports incline, decline, and flat exercises, allowing users to target the chest, shoulders, arms, abs, and upper back from different positions. The quick-adjust groove makes it easy to switch angles between exercises, keeping your workouts smooth and focused.
- 【29.3-Inch Backrest – Designed for Most Body Types】The longer backrest (29.3 inches) provides enhanced support for the head, neck, and upper back, fitting approximately 90% of users. Compared to shorter benches, it improves comfort, stability, and posture during sit-ups, incline presses, flat bench work, and lifting movements.
- 【660 lbs Weight Capacity – Heavy-Duty Steel Frame】Built from high-grade alloy steel with a reinforced triangular support structure, this bench offers stable support for pressing, dumbbell training, and daily strength work. Tested through more than 8,000 durability cycles. Anti-slip foot caps help reduce wobbling on various floor surfaces, making each workout safer and more controlled.
- 【Comfortable, Durable Padding with Easy-Clean Cover】The bench pad is made of non-slip, breathable, wear-resistant, and easy-to-clean leather. It resists sweat and daily wear even after thousands of workouts. High-density foam cushioning and a textured surface provide lasting comfort, good support, and reduced slipping during strength training.
- 【Fold in One Step – Minimal Storage Space】Remove two pins to quickly fold this NICEPEOPLE exercise bench. The folded size is 30.7" x 16.3" x 9.25", making it easy to store under a bed, sofa, or in a corner. Great for home gyms and small workout spaces.
- 【Quick & Easy Assembly】To help NICEPEOPLE users set up quickly, we include an easy-to-follow user manual and a clear installation video. Most users can complete assembly in about 3 minutes.

Great deal
Good and sturdy. Perfect for at home with dumbbells or seated workouts. An absolute must for beginners. Great for a work without getting on the floor as well. Stores out of the way easily.

Great Bench
It's a very nice bench and I am very happy with it. It's great that it folds so I can move it out of the way when I'm done working out.
