Took a few days to put together since we're not savvy but I imagine it would only take one for someone who knows what they're doing. My kids love it (2 %26 4). You can swap out a baby swing for the big kid swing during setup but you'll have to buy it separately. Definitely not for kids over the age of 7. Too much weight or rough housing will loosen the bolts so if you have older kids I would get something more durable. All in all I love it.
