Long difficult search--GREAT results.

I have a 1996 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon that I'm having a new engine built. Phone calls to BBK, Hooker/ Holley, Dougs, Hedman, Cooks....ALL said that they DIDN'T have any headers that would fit the Buick LT1. Contrary, I know that the 1993-1996 (Impala SS, wagon, Buick sedan) share a lot of common parts. JEGS, "will it fit my car," has a lot of research in it and drilling down I found that "Engine code P" seemed to be the key. Checking my VIN and Chevrolet's engine codes that JEGS had listed---YES, the all same. Decided on the BBK as they were a gauge or 2 thicker. THANKS JEGS for making my engine breathe better---and you should add this note to your description.

Ceramic or Chrome?..

I ordered the ceramic bbk shorty headers. I open the box and I see a chrome finish. I then check 5he description of my order and say ceramic headers with a chrome finish. So now I'm confused. In some spots I see ceramic finishes. I'm thinking jegs sent me the wrong headers. Am I wrong let me know.
