Excellent soft seasoned cheese. I use it to make breakfast bites: biscuit, turkey breakfast sausage, onion, green pepper, sun dried tomatoes , Boursin cheese, seasonings, salt, pepper, one egg and another biscuit on top! 375 degrees, 25 minutes. Delicious!!
