I do like these Midway branded shirts. Thin so as to be worn in temperate weather. They do make for a nice base layer if wearing warmer clothing. Ran across the old school camo and had to have one. I have both short and long sleeves in this material. They have held up well over time.

Base layer

I buy one every year as a base layer for hunting. Tennessee weather changes a lot. In muzzleloader season last year, I hunting in this shirt with no jacket. As it gets cooler, I add layers. This is a simple quality shirt in my favorite camouflage patterns. It also does great in the evening around a camp fire when it's just a tad too chilly for a short sleeve.
