Gives me more energy

I'm 74 and am still quite active working outdoors doing farm work and carpentry. I try to maintain a healthy weight and energy levels by staying low on carbs and high on protein. Within four days of using this powder, I could feel a significantly higher level of energy. I've tried other supplements with no noticeable effect but this bone broth certainly works for me. Nobody orders bone broth for the flavor but for me the taste is okay. I whisk it in a big cup of hot water along with a half teaspoon of turmeric powder and a half teaspoon of ginger. On my second week now and am ordering the larger size this time.
