Works good but cord get wrapped up

It has the swivel piece on end to keep the cord from constantly twisting but it doesn't work that great. I had to keep getting it untwisted. I used my other one I got and as it's getting dry I like to spin it to give layers so volume. The old one would spin good and kept it from getting twisted so compared to that one this feature doesn't work that great
