The product is generally good, but the entire dolphin product lines are overpriced. Compared to vacuum robots for floor cleaning, pool cleaning robots have lagged behind in terms of technology for years, especially when compared to floor cleaning robot. It's been just over 3 months and it doesn't work. Called customer service and they sent me to someone that only services what they sell. Found a warranty dealer and they say it'll be 2-3 weeks before they'll be able to even look at it they have sooooo many Dolphin robots needing repair.
