I love these! They are quick and easy to bake and they taste homemade! They are a soft baked cookie that melts in your mouth. They contain a generous portion of chocolate chips. No need to mix ingredients, no mess and minimal cleanup. They are also safe to eat raw. I bought these to make treats for Easter. Each cookie square fits perfectly into a mini cupcake wrapper. I baked them at 350* for 11 minutes and then added peanut butter cups and Chocolate Easter Eggs to the middles. They were a huge hit! Affordable on a family budget.

I made these last night and wasn’t expecting much in flavor. I was in for a huge surprise cause they were delicious! Nice and crispy on outside edge and soft on the inside. I added some Reese’s pieces to some, but liked them with just the chocolate chips better. The cost of a 24 pack was still less than 1 cookie at the bakery down the street and tasted just as good!
