I'm lactose intolerant and don't really drink a lot of milk. But I like cereal every now and then. And my grandsons are all lactose intolerant. And Lactaid last longer after it's opened than most other brands. Most only last a week. Lactaid last for 2. Also its BB date is usually further out than other brands. Best deal in my book. Taste great too. I always get the cartons. They fit better in my fridge. I can lay them down if I need to. Make sure the lid is on tight and facing up and they don't leak, ever. Just a tip, I usually mark mine with the date it's opened. Just because I'm getting old and CRS. lol

Good for our family!

Lactose intolerant INTIRE FAMILY here… It gets expensive. We usually get the large jug size but this item is often substituted on my regular grocery orders, and it works great for the kids. We make chocolate milk with it every morning for the family, I use it in my coffee as creamer substitute, my kids use it in smoothies, it works great for making gravies and hot chocolate/coco on the stove. This milk seems to last much, much longer than regular milk and we like it.
