Great for a homemade burrito "bowl"

I'm into burritos, but I'm housebound. So, I melt butter in a small sauce pan, add 3 handfuls of these french fried potatoes, add 4 eggs, (Happy Eggs), stir, add salt and pepper, and a can of Great Value green chili. It is so so good. And, eggs are full of tryptophane and help with sleep; the potatoes have lots of potassium... and due to the potassium/sodium ion pumps that make our movements possible, the potassium is great to have. Plus, it is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good.
