I've tried multiple BHAs and other treatments over the years for my severe acne, hyperpigmentation, and bumpy skin. This actually works! After about a month of usage, the uneveness is smoothing out, and there are very few keratin plugs. You only need 1 pad as this is pretty strong. For reference, my skin is very oily.

Works remarkably for my sensitive skin!
The appeal to purchase this has always been the price point for a large tub w/ 90 count pads…..and the bonus, the big bonus, is that it works remarkably! I use this to prevent zits from forming while also using it to treat acne that has formed. It is a follow up step after washing my face. The textured side is provides a gentle exfoliation and the smooth side to wipe clean. It has a clean fresh smell that isn't aggravating. It doesn't leave my skin dry or tight and for my sensitive skin it doesn't cause a rash or breakouts. They have one for sensitive skin also which I also love.
