Was able to pair with 3 different ear buds, but did take some effort. Was able to load my entire i-tunes library of some over 1000 mp3 /mp4 songs. Sound quality thru buds is pretty good. Has small internal speaker if want listen w/o buds or wired headphones which sounds ok. Took a little time to get use to navigating thru the different screens, but it"s not that hard and I like the way the controls are on the side of the unit. Only weak issue is FM tuner has poor reception. Quality of player is pretty good, holds a charge well, very compact. Happy with my purchase.
