The issue centers around the size of the garment. l wear a 2XL, so I purchased a 3XL because I expected the coat to run smaller. Albeit, the 3XL fits like a regular medium-size.. Meaning, I could barely get my arms in it let alone my chest and shoulders. I was heartbroken that I had to return the coat without the ability to order a larger size than a 3XL. At the time the coat was not offered in a 4XL, 5XL, or 6XL. If so I would have been so happy because the coat is absolutely gorgeous and well-made. I had no problem with the color, quality, or style of the merchandise.. I had planned to be in Alaska looking like the Black Mr. Freeze... I was devastated because my vision was crushed... 😎 Bitter Sweet,
