Quality Grill Griddle Combination

Customer service was great. A part was damaged on receipt and customer service immediately sent a replacement assembly which 100% solved the issue. Having a Grill and a Griddle at the same time is amazing. I never had a propane griddle before, and I find that I use it constantly. The Grill has a wide range of temperatures and the thermostat is very accurate. I like the grease trap for the griddle which is very easy to empty. Suggestions to the manufacture: It would be nice if the griddle drip tray could be a larger capacity The tray below the Grill should be a thicker gauge with a less complicated geometry. The grill rack could have about 50% less space between bars. There is a lot of value in this design and overall, I give this a 5 out of 5 and would highly recommend!
