Extremely cute! Perfect for little kids dress up or just wearing. the waist has a satin finish material wich is a adorable detail and its wide enough to notice. The tutu does have 3 layers wich make it able to be puffed up more and my toddler loves playing with the top one and swinging it around. Definitely a great buy especially for the low price. Recommend for all the little princesses. My picture doesnt do it much justice but with a twirling ballerina it was the best i could do haha. Hopefully it helps.
