Disney 100 Anniversary Mickey and Minnie Join the Fun D100 - Short Sleeve Cotton T-Shirt for Adults - Customized-Soft Pink

I bought a Med. 100 yr anniversary Disney shirt and it was very small. I then ordered a Large, and still fits wrong around the waist and chest. I returned the Med. for a refund, which was accepted, but then I went to return the Large, and Disney says it is "customed made" and no return. On ordering the item, it clearly states under Refund details: Return policy for Disney Shopping, Inc. Return within 30 days after item is delivered Returnable to store? No. Disney is saying that at the very BOTTOM of the item it says that it is a customized order and no return. Why then does it say that returns can be made within 30 days where you add the item to the cart, and then in very small print at bottom it is not a returnable item? Customer Service not very nice and understanding, especially when the shirt isn't wearable.
